Secretary - Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse range of stakeholders, from customers to colleagues.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial support for the day-to-day running of the office. Duties include but are not limited to managing incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling meetings, taking minutes at meetings, preparing documents and reports, filing paperwork, organizing travel arrangements, preparing invoices and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy. They should be proficient in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook) as well as experience in managing client databases or other similar software packages. The ability to multitask is essential as the role involves handling multiple tasks at once. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100 AED per month.
