Freelance HR Specialist – Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced and diligent HR specialist to join our team. This role is a freelance position based in Abu Dhabi with a salary of 1100 AED per month, and we are open to considering immigrants for the role.

Job Description

The HR specialist will report directly to the HR Manager and be responsible for a range of duties including:

• Managing recruitment processes, including screening of resumes, interviews, background checks and negotiations with candidates


• Creating job descriptions and postings for new roles


• Assisting with payroll processing


• Providing guidance on general HR matters such as employee benefits, policies and procedures

Demands for the Candidate

• At least 2 years of experience in an HR or related role.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
• Strong organizational skills.
