We are currently looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in Bani Yas City. This is a full-time role offering a salary of 1800. We are open to consider immigrants for this position.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including but not limited to answering phone calls, sorting mail and emails, organizing documents, maintaining filing systems and databases, scheduling appointments, helping with bookkeeping tasks, and other related duties as required. The Office Assistant will also provide assistance in customer service activities such as responding to customer queries and complaints.
Requirements for the Candidate
The ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills along with excellent communication skills. The candidate should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; experience working as an office assistant is preferred but not necessary.
