Office assistant job in Al Shamkhah City UAE for foreigners
We are looking for a highly organized, reliable and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will provide support to both management and other staff members.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be a strong communicator, have a professional demeanor and a positive attitude. This is an entry-level position with no experience required; however, previous office experience would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1600 per month. As this role may involve interacting with foreign clients and customers, fluency in English is essential. We are open to considering applications from foreign nationals.
The role involves but is not limited to:
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Filing paperwork
• Greeting visitors
• Maintaining office supplies
• Arranging travel arrangements
• Sorting mail and deliveries
• Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
