We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking as well as knowledge of food safety and culinary techniques.

This position will be responsible for creating and overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations and menu development, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff. The Executive Chef should have excellent problem-solving skills, be organized and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role and hold a professional cookery qualification. Experience working with international cuisine is highly desirable. We are also open to consider immigrants who meet the requirements.
