Office Assistant Position in Sharjah
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills and be highly organized. You will be responsible for assisting with general office duties such as filing, copying, and data entry. You must be willing to take on any task that is assigned to you.
Responsibilities
Your primary duties as an Office Assistant include: responding to customer inquiries; greeting and assisting visitors; managing incoming calls; ordering office supplies; sorting mail; organizing meetings; taking notes during meetings; preparing documents for meetings; filing documents and records accurately; coordinating travel arrangements; scheduling appointments; making copies of documents; maintaining databases; providing clerical support to staff members. Additionally, you may be required to perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills, have a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask. He/She must also be detail-oriented, have knowledge of computer programs such as MS Office (Word, Excel), and excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. We are ready to consider foreign candidates for this position.
Salary
This position offers a salary of AED 900 per month.
