Housekeeping Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi with a salary of 1600. We are ready to consider candidates from abroad and minimal work experience is required.

Job Summary

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department and making sure that all hotel standards, policies, and procedures are followed. The successful candidate will be able to ensure that a high level of cleanliness and service is maintained in all guest rooms, public areas, back of house areas, etc.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include: overseeing the daily operations of housekeeping staff; assigning duties and shifts; training new staff; monitoring room status; purchasing equipment and supplies; monitoring stock levels; maintaining records; developing housekeeping strategies for cost savings; ensuring safety regulations are adhered to; coordinating with other departments within the hotel, such as maintenance and front desk.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in hospitality or a related field. They should also possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, motivation skills, and ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
