Office Assistant - Abu Dhabi

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and friendly Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day office tasks, such as filing paperwork, answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to the team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900 per month.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel

Greet visitors and guests, and provide them with assistance as needed

Organize files, documents, and other data in the office

Assist in the ordering of office supplies when necessary

Distribute mail and packages throughout the office

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
