Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and friendly Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day office tasks, such as filing paperwork, answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to the team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900 per month.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel


• Greet visitors and guests, and provide them with assistance as needed


• Organize files, documents, and other data in the office


• Assist in the ordering of office supplies when necessary


• Distribute mail and packages throughout the office


• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
