Office assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled workers
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The position requires an individual with strong communication and multitasking skills who is willing to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be capable of dealing with people from different backgrounds.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff. This includes greeting visitors, answering phones, taking messages, filing paperwork, and organizing documents. Additionally, the Office Assistant will be required to coordinate events, process mailings and other clerical duties as assigned by the office manager. The successful applicant should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, and must possess excellent computer skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
