Office assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE for Indian
We are looking for a professional Office Assistant for our office in Abu Dhabi. We are offering a salary of 1800 with full-time employment and the possibility to consider an immigrant for the position.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in office administration, with excellent organizational and time management skills. The candidate should have good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other related software, as well as knowledge of office equipment. We need someone who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately, while keeping a positive attitude.
The role involves providing support to the office staff, handling administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, answering phones and emails, etc. The successful applicant should be able to work independently or as part of a team in order to get tasks completed on time. Excellent communication skills are a must.
