Job Summary

The truck driver will be responsible for safely delivering goods across the region. The role entails inspecting, loading and unloading cargo as well as operating the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, complying with legal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting the vehicle before each trip
• Loading, unloading and securing cargo properly
• Ensuring timely delivery of goods at their destination
• Maintaining cleanliness inside the truck cabin
• Complying with applicable road safety regulations
• Providing assistance with loading or unloading cargo when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Valid commercial driving license
• Good knowledge of local roads
• Ability to work long hours and travel frequently
• Excellent physical fitness level
