We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will manage daily operations and ensure that all customer service and production goals are met. They will also oversee team members, assign tasks, manage resources, and ensure quality control. Responsibilities
The Supervisor's main responsibility is to ensure that all customer service and production goals are achieved in a timely manner. This includes managing the day-to-day operations, assigning tasks, and supervising staff. Additional responsibilities include:
- Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections of product output.
- Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback.
- Create reports on operational issues or incidents.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training as needed.
- Work with management to develop strategies for achieving production goals.
Requirements
]The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role, strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this position. The requirements for this position include:

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
