Supervisor - Doha

We are looking for a talented and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1700. We are happy to consider immigrants for this role.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor. The candidate should be able to motivate their team, take initiative, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Supervisor is to oversee the daily operations of the team. This includes delegating tasks, addressing customer concerns, providing feedback and monitoring performance. The Supervisor must also ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent organizational abilities. A background in business management or related field is preferred but not required.
