Office Administrator (Abu-Dhabi)
We are searching for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a strong eye for detail.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, scheduling meetings and events, providing customer service, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining filing systems, and managing supplies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting with special projects as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1700 per month. We are open to considering immigrants for this position.
