The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar role and should be proficient in product knowledge, sales strategies, customer service, and visual merchandising. In addition, the successful candidate must be able to negotiate with suppliers and understand the importance of inventory control and budgeting. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
