We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The salary is 1100 and we are ready to consider an immigrant. We expect minimal work experience.

Job Description

• Manage the daily administrative operations of the office.


• Prepare and modify documents such as reports, memos, invoices etc.


• Answer phone and email inquiries from customers and other third parties.


• Organize meetings and take minutes of the same.


• Carry out clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented and have good communication skills. We also require that the candidate has basic knowledge of MS Office programs.
