Vacancy for Secretary in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The salary is 1100 and we are ready to consider an immigrant. We expect minimal work experience.

Job Description

Manage the daily administrative operations of the office.

Prepare and modify documents such as reports, memos, invoices etc.

Answer phone and email inquiries from customers and other third parties.

Organize meetings and take minutes of the same.

Carry out clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented and have good communication skills. We also require that the candidate has basic knowledge of MS Office programs.
