Office Assistant - Ajman
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to our professional staff and ensuring the efficient running of the office.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have an outstanding work ethic. The ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, copying documents, and answering phones
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Assist with event planning and organization as needed
• Assist with booking travel arrangements for staff members
• Arrange meetings by coordinating schedules and booking meeting rooms
• Greet visitors warmly and handle inquiries efficiently
• Maintain an organized office environment by keeping shelves stocked with supplies
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role preferred
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1600 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants.
