Office Assistant, Sharjah

We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in an office environment and be ready to consider an immigrant. The salary is 1200 AED per month.

Requirements for the Candidate

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask. They should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills as they will be responsible for interacting with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Excellent computer skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Office Assistant’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones, scheduling meetings, filing paperwork, processing orders, tracking inventory, maintaining records, preparing reports, and performing other administrative duties as needed.
