Office assistant job in Zayed City UAE for Indian
We are looking for a highly motivated Office Assistant to join our office in Zayed City. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to the Office Manager and other staff members, as well as ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain effective filing systems and records management;
• Answer phones, provide information and assist visitors;
• Assist with document preparation for meetings, reports, presentations, etc.;
• Receive, sort, distribute and process mail;
• Assist with planning and organizing office events;
• Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word);
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
We offer a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month for this position. Immigration status is not an issue – we are willing to consider applications from immigrants.
