Office Assistant Vacancy
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. This is a full-time position paying 1300 AED per month, and we are willing to consider applications from immigrants.
The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter with great organizational skills and attention to detail. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing support to office staff, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and answer telephone calls
• Ensure that all visitors are directed to the right person or department
• Collect and distribute mail
• Keep the reception area tidy
• Organize filing systems and maintain records
• Prepare documents for printing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
• Handle petty cash payments
• Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to operate office equipment such as photocopiers and printers
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask successfully
