Job Description
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support and clerical services. This includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing emails and correspondence, filing documents, and providing other administrative assistance as needed. The Office Assistant may also be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports, and organizing office events.
Demands for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or equivalent in Office Administration or Business Administration. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a related field. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, good at problem solving and has excellent communication skills.
