Job Summary

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to operations staff


• Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents


• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails


• Maintain office supplies inventory


• Assist with data entry tasks as required


• Provide general customer service support

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.



• Immigrant candidates are welcome.



• No prior experience is necessary, but an understanding of basic computer applications is preferred.



• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.

Compensation: 1800 AED/month
