Psychiatrist Job in Doha

We are hiring for a Psychiatrist position in Doha, Qatar with a competitive salary of 1600. This position is open to applicants from all backgrounds with minimal work experience.

Job Description

• Assess patients’ mental health status through interviews and psychological tests.


• Diagnose psychological and mental disorders.


• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.


• Provide psychotherapy and other supportive counseling.


• Prescribe medications as needed.


• Provide guidance to families and caregivers on how to best support patients.


• Educate the public on mental health issues, risk factors, and treatments.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychiatry from an accredited university.
• Licensed psychiatrist in Qatar or eligible for licensure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
