We are searching for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The position offers a competitive salary of 1600 per month and we are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office operations by organizing office operations and procedures, including data management and filing systems.
- Answer telephone inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
- Maintain office documentation, such as contracts, invoices, etc.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly.
Requirements
- At least two years experience as an Office Administrator or similar position.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
