Administrative Assistant - Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to the organization, helping to ensure that all operations run smoothly.
The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a solid knowledge of administrative procedures and protocols. We welcome applications from immigrants, as we believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to management, staff members, and other stakeholders
• Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, letters, faxes, memos etc.
• Create reports and presentations for management when required
• Maintain filing systems for documents and records
• Handle scheduling for meetings and events
• Ensure office supplies are ordered in a timely manner
• Provide customer service support to both internal and external inquiries
• Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Previous experience working as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
• Immigrant status is welcome • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook etc. • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
Salary: 1600 AED per month
