Office Manager
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, managing day-to-day operations of the office, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Manage filing system both digital and physical
• Ensure data is accurately entered and managed in the company’s database
• Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
• Handle all incoming calls and emails
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Prepare reports when needed
• Provide support to other staff members as needed
• Assist with ad hoc projects as required
Qualifications & Skills:
• A minimum of 2 years experience working as an Office Manager or similar role. Prior experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
• Must be highly organized with strong administrative skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal in English language. Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
