Office Manager for Abu-Dhabi

We are an organization based in Abu-Dhabi and we are looking to hire an Office Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and grow with us. The salary is 1600 AED per month.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.


• Highly organized and self-motivated.


• Able to work independently and in a team environment.


• Previous experience in office management or related field is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
• Organize office operations and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
