Office Manager (Abu Dhabi)
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage a team of administrative personnel. Our ideal candidate is an immigrant who is committed to maintaining a productive and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate office staff
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including schedules, meetings, and appointments
• Monitor office expenses and budget
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders as required
• Oversee the maintenance of office equipment
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
• Prepare reports for management as required
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative role in Abu Dhabi
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently with attention to detail
Salary: 1700 AED per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
