Office manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are a small but ambitious professional services firm located in Abu-Dhabi and we are seeking to hire a full-time Office Manager to join our team. The position requires a team player who is organized and efficient with strong interpersonal skills. The Office Manager will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the office, as well as providing administrative and operational support to the management team.
The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as they will be the primary contact for all external clients and stakeholders. They must also have an eye for detail and be highly organized, with an aptitude for problem solving. The individual must possess strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
The primary duties of this role include managing correspondence, scheduling meetings and maintaining records; as well as supervising office staff; ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly; providing IT support; coordinating office events; handling employee payroll duties; and performing other related duties when needed. This position also requires the individual to take on additional tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing presentation materials, conducting research, etc. They may also be asked to help source prospective customers or suppliers for the company.
