Office Manager Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a professional Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We offer a competitive salary of 1500 AED and are willing to consider immigrant applicants.

Job Summary

The office manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office supplies and order new materials as needed.

Coordinate with staff members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints.

Develop and implement systems to improve workflow efficiency.

Oversee recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
