Secretary in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a professional Secretary with a salary of 1600, located in Abu-Dhabi. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

The duties of the Secretary include:

Providing administrative and organizational support to the team.

Organizing and scheduling meetings, conferences, and other events.

Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.

Creating and managing various documents in both electronic and paper formats.

Performing other duties as requested by managers.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Organizational and problem-solving skills.
