Secretary job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work with little or no supervision. They should also have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, filing paperwork, etc.
• Handle incoming correspondence and handle queries from external sources
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Maintain databases and contact lists
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Manage travel arrangements for staff members
• Manage office supplies inventory
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Salary: 1200 AED/month. We are ready to consider a foreigner.
