We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide support to the organization by managing daily office operations. This includes organizing files, scheduling appointments, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as requested
• Take notes during meetings and distribute them as appropriate
• Prepare outgoing mail for distribution by courier or regular mail service
• Handle incoming correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
• Research information related to the tasks assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) • High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus • Foreigners are welcome.
