Job Title: Secretary
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED per month
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office. This includes handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, organizing files and documents, making travel arrangements, maintaining records and databases, and providing general administrative assistance.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a strong command of the English language. Previous experience working as a Secretary is preferred but not necessary. We are willing to consider candidates from any nationality so long as they possess the necessary skills.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Answering phone calls professionally
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Organizing files and documents
• Making travel arrangements
• Maintaining records and databases
• Providing general administrative assistance
Required Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
• Proven organizational ability with an attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
