Secretary job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a full-time Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be expected to provide administrative and organizational support to the team.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong problem solving and multitasking abilities. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Answer telephones and take messages or forward calls
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Greet visitors
• Arrange for conference calls
• Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
• Receive and sort mail
• Maintain filing systems both electronically and hard copy files
• Create spreadsheets using MS Excel
• Prepare presentations using MS PowerPoint
• Set up conference rooms prior to meetings
• Monitor office supplies inventory
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Salary: 1100 AED per month with potential for growth based on performance. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.
