We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi! We offer a salary of 1000 and are open to hiring a foreigner. No experience is necessary for this role, as we will provide on the job training.

The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must also be comfortable using computer programs and be able to multi-task efficiently.

The primary responsibilities of this position include: manging daily phone calls and emails, maintaining electronic files and records, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, assisting in organizing meetings and taking minutes of those meetings.
