We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will manage office operations and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position is required, as well as a valid driving license. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. Immigrants are welcome to apply.
The Office Assistant's responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing incoming calls and emails, filing documents, maintaining records, organizing office supplies, scheduling meetings and appointments, providing assistance with customer inquiries, updating databases with contact information, taking minutes during meetings, preparing reports and presentations as requested by management.
The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1200 AED per month.
