Sharjah Office is seeking an experienced and reliable Office Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, clerical and organizational support to the office. The main duties include but are not limited to, answering phone calls and emails, filing documents, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, taking minutes of meetings, ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this position. Salary is 1800 AED per month.
