We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The position offers a salary of 1600 and will consider foreign applicants.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for organizing files and documents, ensuring the office runs smoothly, and providing administrative support to the other members of staff. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task effectively.
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and have a good understanding of computer systems such as MS Word and Excel. They should also demonstrate strong communication skills, as they will need to liaise with other members of staff in order to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately.
The Office Assistant will also be required to provide customer service support by responding to queries from customers over the phone or via email. They should be comfortable working with confidential information, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
