Position: Office Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in office administration and be able to take on a variety of administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. They must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable interacting with customers and other staff members.
Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors, answering phones and directing calls
• Monitor office supplies stock levels and reorder when necessary
• Maintain records of office documents
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents etc.
• Take dictation from senior staff members and type up documents accordingly
• Provide support on ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail is key
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills; knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
