Office assistant job in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills and have an eye for detail. They must also be capable of multi-tasking and handling a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering phones, responding to emails and taking messages
• Drafting documents, memos and letters
• Organizing files and records
• Scheduling appointments, events and meetings
• Ensuring office supplies are stocked
• Assisting with other general office duties as needed.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an office setting as an administrative assistant or similar role. They should also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and proficient typing/keyboarding skills. Foreigners may apply for this position; however, they must demonstrate legal authorization to work in the UAE. The salary offered is 1100 AED per month (tax-free).
