Requirements

The ideal candidate should have: a culinary degree or equivalent professional qualifications; at least five years of experience as a chef in a similar role; excellent knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety regulations; knowledge of inventory control systems and ordering procedures; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
