Executive Chef - Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a prestigious restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and rewarding environment, with a salary of 1000 AED. We are open to considering applications from immigrants.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant; knowledge of international cuisine; excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment and processes; creative and innovative cooking style; ability to work long hours; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all culinary activities, plan menus, estimate food costs and purchases, develop recipes and presentations, manage kitchen staff, maintain hygiene standards, troubleshoot problems when necessary.
