We are looking for an experienced and motivated Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, clerical and secretarial support to the organization. The salary offered is 1100.

Job Description

The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including but not limited to: answering calls and emails, managing calendars, arranging meetings, maintaining records, preparing reports and other administrative tasks as required.

Needs for the Candidate

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a positive attitude. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. We are willing to consider foreign candidates with minimal work experience.
