Job Description

The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the senior staff, as well as ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The Secretary will also be tasked with managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing office events.

Requirements for the Candidate

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in an office environment. Additionally, he/she should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multi-task efficiently and possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential for this role.
