Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the kitchen including menu creation, preparation of meals, staff management and liaising with customers.

The successful candidate should have extensive experience in professional cooking and a thorough understanding of food hygiene and health safety regulations. They should also have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Developing creative menus according to customer preferences.

• Ensuring quality control in the kitchen.

• Training and managing kitchen staff.

• Creating an efficient workflow in the kitchen.

• Establishing cost controls for food items.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or relevant field of study.

• 10+ years' experience working in a professional kitchen setting, with at least 5 years as an Executive Chef.

• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
