Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of the office and providing administrative and clerical support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be a self-starter and able to work effectively with minimal supervision. He/She must be able to multitask, work under pressure and communicate effectively with different levels of staff.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, handling correspondence and preparing documents
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and data
• Handle external or internal communication or management systems
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary: 1600 AED
