Office administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position has a salary of 1300 and we are willing to consider foreigners for the role.
The ideal candidate should have excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills. You should also be able to work independently and possess excellent problem solving skills.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Organizing, sorting, and filing paperwork such as contracts, invoices, reports, documents, etc.
• Maintaining office equipment such as computers, printers, photocopiers, etc.
• Ordering office supplies and keeping an inventory of all supplies on hand
• Greeting visitors/clients and directing them appropriately
• Answering phones and routing calls appropriately
• Maintaining contact lists
• Preparing letters/emails/reports/presentations as required by management or other departments
The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience in an administrative role. A degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
