Office manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, maintenance of office equipment, and organization of filing systems.
• Provide administrative assistance to staff as needed.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested.
• Greet visitors and ensure they are taken care of in a professional manner.
• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, and other tasks related to scheduling appointments.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations in accordance with local laws.
• Handle incoming calls and other inquiries from customers or vendors.
• Coordinate with other departments such as accounting or marketing for data entry or other requests.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an office management role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines
Salary: 1100AED per month; we are also open to considering immigrant applicants for this position.
