Secretary Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.

Job Summary

The primary role of the Secretary is to provide administrative support to the staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling meetings and appointments, taking phone calls, preparing documents and reports, managing office supplies, and assisting with other related tasks.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.


• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1600 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
